TROOP 105 SPRING CAMPOREE 2004

Bob Berger Memorial First Aid Meet   5/21 - 5/23

Penny Packer Mills Schwenksville PA

We had really warm weather and the rain managed to hold off.  We hosted 6 Canadian Scouters and 3 Scouters at our camp.  It was a terrific action packed weekend with lots of stations.  Mixed in  with the 6 1st aid stations there was a car wreck emergency station a ambulance display and Air Med-evac display.  The Campfire was also quite fun, and the 406 skit was hilarious.  We also got to enjoy both taps and reveille from our Troop bugler (thanks Matt).  On Sunday - the Canadians were taken home and I am sure got to enjoy a nice cool house and refreshing shower after all of that humidity.   A number of Scouts went to downtown Philly to the historic district, others went to the Reading-Phillies game.  What ever they did - they had a great time.  Now to get ready to head in Canada in 2006!!!

Many thanks go to the Scouters who helped with the weekend and also drove: Mr. Hoffman, Mr Houseal, Mr. Lamar, Mr. Motsek, Mr. Pound, Andy Robin and especially to Mrs. App for updating all of the Troops 1st aid kits, and collecting and providing all of the 1st aid station supplies for the Troop.
